  • What if I do not know the user and password to get to the secured areas?  Use Contact Us to identify yourself and we will send you the user and password . 904-359-5950

Plaza Condominium FAQs
 
  • How do I submit a lease to the Association?  Please see the Plaza approved lease form in the 'documents' section and review the cover page which outlines the procedures and timelines in submitting a proper lease.  Please note all lease documents must be submitted to the Association no less than 3 days prior to execution or move in.
  • How do I reserve the Riverview Lounge?  The Riverview lounge is available to Residents and Resident Owners only and can be reserved via the form located in the 'document' section of the Plaza website.  Completed reservation forms along with 2 checks ($100.00 for reservation/rental cost, and $1,000.00 for damage deposit) must be submitted to the Association Office prior to reservation and use.  Currently, there is a $100.00 fee for exclusive use of the Riverview lounge.  Please see the 'documents' section for the complete reservation form and rules.
  • How do I reserve the Guest Suite?  The guest suite is available to Residents and Resident Owners only and can be reserved via the form located in the 'document' section of the Plaza website. The fee is $120.00 per day and a $100.00 deposit is required at time of reservation.
  • How do I submit a Maintenance Request?  Maintenance requests can be made via the Concierge staff 24 hours a day.  Maintenance hours of operation are Mon - Fri from 8am - 5pm.  Maintenance fees may apply for assistance of interior Unit issues.
